Davide Arpili is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Transform practice. He leads the practice in Italy and Greece where he focuses on cross-border turnarounds and transformations. He has more than 25 years of experience in transformation, restructuring, and general management in Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Africa in the insurance, media, and telecommunications industries.

Throughout his career, Davide has worked with industrial and financial clients in complex turnaround and integration operations, where he has served both as an advisor and executive as Chief Transformation Officer (CTO), Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO), and Chief Integration Officer (CIO). Davide has practical experience in designing and implementing revenues and cost improvement programs, as well as target operating models driving change management and cultural transformation. Prior to joining BCG, Davide was a Partner at McKinsey-RTS, and, before that, a Director at Alix Partners.
