Jade Guanchez Leet joined BCG BrightHouse in 2018 and is BrightHouse’s Strategy lead for North America. BrightHouse is Boston Consulting Group’s dedicated unit for helping clients discover and embed purpose in order to transform their culture, accelerate their growth, and infuse true meaning into their brands. In addition, Jade leads BrightHouse’s work in insurance and health care, and is a core member of BCG’s Corporate Finance & Strategy practice.

She has led over 20 insurance and health care client projects focusing on purpose, strategy, brand, transformation, communications, creative development, agency management, and ESG. Jade serves on the firm’s Black and Latinx Network’s leadership team. She is a frequent guest lecturer at Emory University's Goizueta Business School.

Prior to joining BrightHouse, Jade spent 13 years on the client side of some of the world’s biggest companies and brands, including Coca-Cola, Holiday Inn, and American Express, both in the US and Mexico.
