Jan Koserski is a core member of the Financial Institutions practice at Boston Consulting Group. He leads BCG FinTech in EMESA (Europe, Middle East, South America ,and Africa) as well as the worldwide FinTech Control Tower team.

Jan has worked with leading European financial institutions on digital strategy, enterprise-wide transformations, PMI, business unit strategy, bank steering, active credit portfolio management, and target IT architecture.

Prior to joining BCG, Jan worked in varioius positions at Norddeutsche Landesbank in Hanover, Germany, and New York.
