Julius Neiser leads the BCG X Health Care Venture work for Boston Consulting Group’s London/Amsterdam/Brussels system. BCG X is the firm’s tech build and design unit. Julius is part of the global leadership team for GenAI in biopharma, and leads the disease management platform build work for the firm. In addition, he leads BCG’s Health Tech Hub, working with innovators to radically improve health outcomes by unlocking the potential of technology.

Since joining BCG in 2011, Julius has worked exclusively in health care, with a focus on digital health and health tech ventures. His client engagements have covered digital health and health tech venture build, GenAI, health care due diligence and transaction support, digital strategy, medical and commercial excellence, and large-scale transformation and turnarounds. Julius is also the people chair for BCG X in London/Amsterdam/Brussels.
