Kelly Newton joined Boston Consulting Group in 2005 and has worked in the firm's Chicago, Sydney, and Amsterdam offices as well as Seattle. She focuses on large-scale change engagements, primarily leading transformations with industrial goods and other B2B businesses to accelerate business improvement.

Kelly’s transformation efforts for clients cover a wide spectrum of topics, but she has particularly deep experience in sales. She has worked with clients in industries including distribution, aerospace and defense, oil and gas, homebuilding, and agriculture. In addition to her client work, Kelly leads Women@BCG for the Seattle office.
