Louis Watt is a senior member of Boston Consulting Group’s Public Sector practice in London. He has deep experience in strategy development and transformation, and is part of the firm’s global Public Sector Transformation team and BCG’s Center for Digital Government. Louis is also a sponsor of BCG’s Centre for Growth, which aims to drive sustainable and inclusive economic growth in the UK by working with businesses, government, and wider society to deliver breakthrough outcomes.

Louis has extensive experience working on strategy and transformation across government departments and agencies. His work has covered strategy, policy development and assessment, reform of arm's-length bodies, operating model design, efficiency/effectiveness programs, and large-scale change programs.

Prior to joining BCG, Louis worked as a policy advisor to Lord Ara Darzi, former British Under-Secretary of State for Health. He is also passionate about the performing arts, and was a co-founder of the internationally renowned Aurora Orchestra.
