Lukas Haider has been with BCG since 2005. He is a member of the Financial Institutions and Operations practice areas and specializes in operational & commercial excellence and front-to-back digitization. He has advised leading American and European banks in both their retail and corporate banking businesses. His experience includes improving sales organizations, optimizing e2e processes and comprehensive cost reductions.

Lukas holds a law PhD from the University of Vienna and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to BCG, he worked at Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley and Citigroup.

Es geht voran: Die Führungsgremien der 50 größten börsennotierten Unternehmen Österreichs werden diverser. Der Frauenanteil in ihren Aufsichtsräten ist von 26 auf 29 Prozent gestiegen. Damit haben 92 Prozent der Unternehmen mindestens eine Rätin in ihrem Kontrollgremium – nach 88 Prozent im Vorjahr. Die Zahl der weiblichen Aufsichtsrats-Vorsitzenden hat sich von zehn auf elf erhöht. Vorstands-Positionen sind jedoch noch immer zu drei Viertel ausschließlich männlich besetzt. Und nur drei von 50 CEO-Posten hat eine Frau inne.
