Michael Demyttenaere is a core member of the BCG TURN and Corporate Finance & Strategy practice areas at Boston Consulting Group. He has led multiple turnaround and transformation efforts, helping clients deliver rapid, visible performance improvements in the short term, while strengthening their organization and positioning them to win in the future. This includes companies in stagnation, relative underperformance, or crisis, as well as at points of discontinuity (such as leadership changes or pressure from activist investors).

Michael has also worked extensively in corporate finance and strategy across industries, specifically on transaction, portfolio review, and shareholder value engagements.

Before joining the firm, and before attending Columbia Business School, Michael was a consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.
