Michael Tan leads Boston Consulting Group's Public Sector practice in Southeast Asia and is a member of the Center for Digital Government. He has extensive experience serving Singapore’s government and companies across a wide range of industries including transportation, construction, and infrastructure development.

Michael works at the intersection of business and public policy in areas such as improving economic competitiveness, accelerating digital transformation, expanding logistics connectivity, helping small and mid-sized firms to internationalize, and increasing productivity.

Most recently, Michael has focused on helping governments and companies to assess their state of digital maturity and how to accelerate their transformation efforts.
