Tatsuya Takeuchi leads Boston Consulting Group’s People & Organization practice in Japan, and is a core member of the firm's Financial Institutions, Insurance, and Tech and Digital Advantage practices.

Since joining BCG in 2004, Tatsuya has worked extensively with clients in finance, including banking, insurance, securities brokerage, and nonbank financing. He has extensive experience in supporting organizational and human resource transformation integrated with strategic planning and transformation in a wide range of industries. His recent work also includes people strategies, culture transformation, and organizational purpose.

Before joining BCG, Tatsuya worked at Deutsche Bank Group in the IT field.
