Joseph Fitzgerald is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Technology, Media, & Telecommunications (TMT) practice, with a focus on tech and semiconductor industry supply chain management and engineering. He has over 20 years of experience in semiconductors, electronics and advanced systems manufacturing, and supply chain. Joe has significant expertise in all areas of engineering and supply chain transformations, including product development process improvement and analytics, planning capability improvement, and technology design/implementation, as well as other topics, including innovation, M&A integration, advanced manufacturing, telecom network management, device reverse logistics, and med tech.

Before joining the firm in January 2023, Joe had 11 years’ semiconductor engineering and supply chain experience, and 13 years’ consulting experience focused on electronics supply chain across multiple industries.
